Exceptions are countries with special regimes that require a tourist visa and some countries whose residents can enter Cuba without a VISA.

The tarjeta del turista for Cuba is a sheet of paper similar to a large stamp, which will be checked and stamped by the Cuban customs officer upon arrival in Cuba. It is very important to keep this document throughout your stay in Cuba, as you will have to return it to the airport when you leave. There is a fine if it is lost.
